Quiet home within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, entertainment, parks and the lake. The guest area is a second master suite with its own large bathroom and closet. Coffee/tea are available for breakfast, as well as use of microwave, toaster, part of the fridge. Easy walk to 2 espresso stands, Safeway and Pilgrim's Natural Market. Local restaurants within a few blocks include Syringa - a delicious Japanese restaurant, and Garnet, just behind that - a breakfast/lunch place.

This home was built in the early 1900s, and retains some of that charm. It has been remodeled by several different owners, so also is somewhat eclectic. A bathroom was added about 9 years ago, so each bedroom is a separate suite. The front yard has been gradually converted into a cottage-style flower garden.

I am a walker, and love to wander different streets in the neighborhood. Most of the streets around me are tree-lined, with a variety of different architectural styles. Many of the vintage homes remain, combined with some newer and larger homes. I find it a great place to live!
