The 100 square-meters condo is locate right by the beach, between Novotel Chaam and The Regent Chaam. It is very easy to find bars and restaurants near by. There is also a Seven-eleven in front of Novotel which is about a 5- minute walk from the Condo.
These is also a nice swimming pool next to the beach. The condo is right by the beach, it is possible to swim in the sea and enjoy the nice private beach.

Būstas
It is owned by my Aunt who is retired and enjoys visiting the seaside.
Located on the 9th floor, the Condo has a lovely view with a nice sea breeze.
And a nice swimming pool on the first floor.

As located between two hotels, the beach is rather private. However, it is about a 20 minute walk to near by local fisherman village which could be fun to see.
