I’m from Northern Ireland and have lived in Galway for 29years. Galway City is my favourite place in the world. I love where I live. There is no place like Galway City.
I enjoy the outdoors and hail , rain or shine I try and go for a walk every day.
Salthill is one of my favourite places to go for a walk.
Good quality food is important to me and I source all the food for my family and guests from the best local suppliers.
Having lived and worked in London, New York, Galway and Northern Ireland I enjoy a wide range of ethnic foods.
The best holiday I had was a family wedding in Lake Garda Italy.
Airbnb is my full time job.
The Galway Races held on the last week of July is the busiest time of the year in Galway city.
