Perfect place to call home for your ski trip to Boyne Mountain. Only 3 miles to parking and located on the main highway there. Easy to come home and make your own lunch and warm up before heading back out. There are no places on the slopes to get warm or inside dining is closed hard so its hard to get food.

The hot tub is kept at 104 degrees year round.

Cozy and warm it is stocked with everything you need for your stay. The beds are new and super comfortable.

Property is nestled at the base of one of the tallest steepest mountains in the area called 'Old Maids Nipple'. The view up the mountains through the exotic swaying fern grove is breathtaking from back of the house. Gardens everywhere and solar lights abound at night to create a fairy tale space day and night.

Within walking distance are a grocery store, party store, and bowling alley. Their restaurant has a 5 star chef with a huge menu from pizza, really good pub food, and gourmet entrees all at reasonable price.

We are 30 minutes to Gaylord, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and Charlevoix. An hour from Traverse City or Mackinaw Bridge.

There's a grill area right out the door complete with new 10x12 screen house and lawn furniture. Very private and cozy, sunsets over the side of mountain are stunning.
Kitchen:
large (huge) french door refrigerator, glass Jenn Aire cook top, Jenn Arie convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, Bunn coffee maker, Blender, toaster, crock pot, Pots and pans, and plates and glasses. There are also spices, and coconut oils, a welcome snack bowl, coffee and breakfast items like oatmeal and brown sugar to start your day right...ketchup, mustard, syrup, hot chocolate, coffee, tea, and many other condiments to use if you like!

Living rooms and entertainment
Gas fireplace, new leather dual electric reclining sofa, 40" HD flat screen LED TV , 400 Mb internet service with Roku streaming Netflix, Disney 1, ESPN, Roku, and Hulu, DVD, Bluetooth sound box.

There are games in the cupboard.

New queen foam bed in bedroom and another bed in the end of living area. There are blinds that can be hung for privacy. If you don't though the space allows for tv watching in bed! All linens top quality cotton at least 400 count. There are extra pillows so you get just the right one and robes. Your comfort is job 1 to me!

Bathroom,
Italian marble and aqua glass artfully hung will delight your sense of elegance. Many items like iron. blow dryers,

Upon request I have an air mattresses with extra bedding, etc..

I am on the main highway between Boyne City and Boyne Mountain It is ultra convenient as it is the first road plowed when it snows, is right across the street from a grocery & bowling lanes, and easy access to all of Northern Michigan. It can also be a bit noisy if windows are open and no fans or ac running.

Became a certified massage therapist in 2009 and went on to study Reiki and all kinds of energy work. I offer these up on property along with group and individual facials in the Zen Den.

I moved here in 2010 and started the endless renovations because my two passions, downhill skiing and river kayaking were in such close proximity. Coming from flatland about 30 miles north of Lansing I fell in love with my mountainside.

I enjoy reading and gardening as my quiet time leisure.

I love to travel anywhere, since I've moved here though I enjoy "stay"cations for all the great activities and natural beauty offered in this area.

Indian and Thai foods are my favorite, love aromatic spices.

I love meeting and helping guests to get the most out of their time here. I am on property to serve with quick response.
