Located in SE Portland's Hawthorne and Division neighborhoods, the RestWell Room is a quiet space looking out onto a verdant yard. This private room is perfect for one person. Free street parking is always available. The spacious and clean bathroom is shared (0-2 people).

The RestWell Room is a spacious and quiet bedroom (queen bed) with a back garden view. True to its name, the room offers renters an excellent night's sleep before heading out to explore the town.

Located in a garden-rich SE Portland neighborhood that is perfect for a renter who wants to park their car (for free), or not have a car at all, and set off on foot to explore the best food and drink Portland has to offer. The house is situated on a quiet street smack in the middle of the enormously popular Division Street and Hawthorne Boulevard business areas. Food, spirits, music, books, and parks abound.

Towels, hair-dryer, and toiletries are available in the bathroom.

I strive always to optimize your experience in my home. Need a fluffier pillow or a shoulder to cry on? I'm your go-to-girl. Want to sit down with a pleasant conversationalist over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine? That's my favorite activity! Want to be left to your own devices while you're staying with me? I've got your back.

Believe it or not, The household's fairly quiet except, sometimes, between the hours of 4pm and 11pm. I love sleep and prioritize yours as well. As for privacy, the door to your room has a key lock.
