Sabatico Suites is a new concept, different to a hostel. Thought for travelers or students that are planning to stay longer in the city, looking for a safer and more independent place to live. In Sabatico Suites there is no reception, as the passenger is the one who holds the keys of the house and their rooms.

All the facilities and services are brand new, inaugurated on Feb 2013!

With a maximum number of six people, Sabatico Suites offers you the tranquility you were looking for! It’s the perfect combination for a person that needs calmness, but that also enjoys a social environment and night life, as all the travellers staying with us are allowed to go to Sabatico Hostel, and welcome to join all the activities happening there.

Sabatico suites offers two double rooms and one single room.

Equipment

The single room has an individual bed, a desk with a lamp, a wardrobe, a wall fan, central heating and a private bathroom.

Double rooms have a queen size bed (there’s also the possibility of having two separate beds). Two bedside tables, a desk with a lamp, wardrobe, air conditioning, central heating and a private bath with a tub are also included.

Services

Wi-fi Internet, cable TV, landline with illimited local calls. Cleaning once a week. Fully equiped kitchen. Bed Clothes.

In Sabatico Suites you have all the tranquility and independence of a private appartment, but with all the additional services that the Hostel offers to you (and just six blocks away!):

Touristic information 24/7, maps of the city, luggage storage service, book collections (book exchange is welcome!), discounts and tickets for the best clubs in the city. Also live music shows, a mini pool and hammocks in the terrace.
Besides, you can hire with us your spanish lessons, buy tickets for football matches and tango shows/classes.

The kitchen is fully equiped: Fridge w/ freezer, professional stove w/ oven, toaster, coffee machine, blender and everything you could need to cook. It also has individual lockers with key per room.
The living room has a three-seat couch, coffee table, 32” LCD TV and travel guides.

Safety

The house has 24 hs surveilance through CCTV. Besides, for extra safety the house has an access card system.

Location

Sabatico Suites is located in the tradicional neighbourhood of Monserrat, close to the main Subway lines of the city (E.g: 2 blocks away from Line E and 7 from Line C) and 10 blocks to the Congress building. San Telmo is just 5 minutes away and to Microcentro there’s a 10 minutes walk. Besides, the suites are 6 blocks away from the hostel, making the check in and check out much easier (both take place at the hostel).

Bookings

To book in Sabatico Suites leaving a deposit equivalent to one month rent is a must, together with the information of a credit card, which will be used only in case of intentional damage of the facilities or missing objects. Besides, the passenger will have to sign a temporary contract.
