Studio Room on Three AcresThe studio room is in a separate building that has one large room with queen bed and a single cot that can be unfolded when needed (No kitchen, no appliances). There are 3 large comfortable chairs for reading, a table with three chairs, great for cards or games and an electric fireplace for warmth and ambience. The suite is centrally located 4 minutes from Parksville. The woodstove is not available for use. There is a new bathroom consisting of a shower, sink and toilet.
Cozy Cedar Cabin on acreageThis cozy 1 room cedar cabin is in behind the main house on three acres . Easy access to the property from the main highway and only 4 minutes to Parksville Beach. The vaulted cabin is a cozy studio with a toilet and sink (no shower), Double bed loft for kids is accessed by a ladder, there is a pull out sofa in the main room, kettle for tea and coffee ( no kitchen ) and the outdoor fire pit for that relaxing evening by the fire.
