Home is a short walk to Michigan Tech and historic downtown. There are two kayaks and 2 bikes available for you to use and explore the canal or downtown. The apartment is a ground floor apartment, so it is not necessary to climb stairs unless you need to use the laundry facilities. The laundry room is located in the basement of the building,with 2 coin operated washers/2 dryers available. The two bedroom apartment is 740 square feet in total. It has an open floor plan between the living room/kitchen.
