What a fun evening following @lechefpaski teaching us how to cook a duck heart tartare with caviar and popcorn!! Pascal is a very cool guy that answered all my questions ( including how to open a tin of caviar 🤣) thank you!

I had a great time participating to this cooking class. I loved the fact that the chef was so friendly and welcoming. Also, another positive thing is that one of the two recipes was vegetarian! Can't wait to participate to another class!

The class was great. Pascal showed us very creative ways to use ingredients in a new way. He also showed us techniques such as smoking food using corn, something I’m definitely going to try for other dishes too. He welcomed all of our questions and it was a very warm and friendly atmosphere. All in all an great experience which I highly recommend!
