We built our 720 square foot cottage in 2009 on 2.5 acres in an extremely quiet country neighborhood, and it has been very lightly used. The full kitchen has all the major appliances, cooking and eating utensils you will need. There is also a full size laundry setup in the bathroom. Our location is perfect for those attending firearm training at the world renowned Gunsite Academy. Gunsite is an easy 18 minute drive from our cottage in Chino Valley.

Cute private guesthouse on a 4 acre horse ranch! Located 20 minutes from Prescott Airport, 15 min to Embry-Riddle, 25 min to downtown historic Prescott, 90 min from Sedona or Grand Canyon, and 45 min from Williams and Jerome. Dogs MUST be approved in advance!! No WiFi out there - BUT there’s a Roku TV - it requires a hot spot. Mobile phone hotspots work. If it’s booked & you desire a week-long stay, send me a message to see if I can accommodate you.

Enjoy beautiful Arizona sunsets and starry skies in our spacious 2 bedroom guest house. Private and secure gated entrance to the South side entrance of our property and home, with plenty of parking for your vehicle(s) and/or RV. All essentials; including laundry, Wi-Fi, Cable TV. Explore one of the many nearby lakes! Play area including a trampoline, and goat petting area for the kids! Due to recent COVID-19 activity we are cleaning all areas of our rentals with a medical grade disinfectant.
